It has always been my dream to form the Mount Fuji International Development Company. People often ask me why I would want to form a development company now that I already have a real estate company. For me, the two companies have different meanings. Unlike my real estate company that focuses on buying and selling properties, the Mount Fuji International Development Company put its emphasis on placing investment in Japan, by finding locations in the country to create a borderless, win-win solution to investors overseas who wish to own a villa or a resort.
For residents in Japan, they can promote their products by working with these B&Bs owned by these foreign investors or by joining the outdoor activities organized by these B&Bs.
In doing so, one can enhance economic growths locally while at the same time boosting international trades.

We hope that the company's line of business can help to promote cordial ties between Taiwan and Japan. Real estate investment is not pure transaction but a way to promote economic and cultural exchanges and to more flexibly make use of natural resources.
With our help, placing investment is no longer only available to wealthy people at the top of the economic pyramid but also to the average wage earners who can place investment cleverly.
We set at base at Fuji Five Lakes area, in the hope that one day we can return to Taiwan so that more Taiwanese people can learn our company.
